Responsiveness(KCORE)
Responsiveness means the ability to respond to a request or question from a customer, team member or partner with an acknowledgement and letting them know the next step on when we would be able to meet the request within 24 hours of the request being made from the customer.
Credibility
If we say we will do a job within a time frame, we do it within the time frame.From a customer perspective, if we say we are going to make a release on this day, we stand by and do the release successfully. From an organization perspective if we commit to a time frame on a particular decision or activity, we deliver it on the committed date.
Excellence
This means we want to be the experts in the solutions we offer to our customers and have a passion to improve on the solution, reduce defects and solve problems for our customers.
KNLSTA(Knowledge learnt, shared, taught and applied)
Being in the service industry, our service is the knolwledge we posses on the solutions and every team member would contribute to sharing, teaching, learning and applying the assets to ourselves, customers and community.
Out of the way help(Volunteer)
We will volunteer ourselves on any service we do and would always perform activities which would help our customers, team members and community by reaching out to them. We are a helping company with a sense of gratitude on our actions.
