Buyan is the visionary of the company and has 15 years of software development experience. He has worked in a wide range of industries from health care, banking, finance and the retail sector. His passion is applying object oriented design and is working on a revolutionary value model in the software industry which would align IT teams with business goals.

Rajesh Thyagarajan – Chief Operating officer
Rajesh has 12 years of software development experience and spearheads the operations in the company. He has proven project management experience in agile, waterfall and scrum methodologies and guides the team for constant communication mantra to the clients. He listens a lot and craves for metrics on organizational growth.

Baskar Subramanian - Architect
Baskar is the lead architect for the company and has been working with thylaksoft for the past 10 years. An excellent object oriented designer in heart, Baskar promotes new design patterns and continues to develop applications with structured design patterns. He is now having a romance with robustness analysis which drives usecases to design.

Kristofer Love - Project Manager
Kristofer is a senior project manager with 10 years of business experience in financial services and client management. With a strong track record in project management, Kris works on projects with clear guided plans and leads the planning phase of projects.
