Grant process tracking solutions  

We implemented a solution for a leading non profit where there organization had donors who worked in an organization and also made donations on a personal level. The organization was using organization and contacts and were having duplicate contacts to track the donations . There was no way to track whether the donor made the donation from his company or was it a personal donation done at the household level

We created a solution which merged all this duplicate contacts into one contact and created custom fields for the contact object which would allow to differentiate between organization donation or at the house hold level. If the donor made the donation from his company level, the field would be automatically checked if the donation was made at the organization level . If the donor made it from his home, the field would be checked from household level to flag the donation as a house hold donation. We created a custom report which would differentiate between donations made at the organization level or contact level.

With our solution, the non profit was able to remove the duplicates by 60% and clearly differentiate the donations by organization and household level. With our custom campaign reports, the non profit was able to export organization addresses and household addresses and prevent duplicate emails and mailers reducing the advertising cost by 20% spent on duplicates.
