Community program tracking solutions
Thylaksoft has provided solutions to automate the process of community programs inside Salesforce from start to end. We worked with several non profits who are involved in the community education programs. Our solution enabled the non profits to import their current programs, activities, sessions and attendances from an external system to Salesforce. We also automated the entire process of creating the programs, tracking sessions and monitoring youth and community members attendance on the sessions. With our business result oriented approach, we were able to define key indicators like average program attendance, average session attendance which indicated to the non profit on how their programs were effective and helped them to improve the outcomes, outputs of their programs. We built a dashboard which would allow the non profits to view the outcomes of their programs, program effective indicators and staff efficiency indicators which allowed the non profit to view their organization in one view.
